The Scholarship Fund has established Endowed Scholarships at both Valencia College and University of Central Florida (UCF). Both Endowed Scholarships are in the top 10% of endowed value at their respected university.

The Mary Ellen Upperco Scholarship Fund Inc. (Upperco Family Scholarship) has been recognized by the IRS as a 501 (C) 3 organization since 1996. It is a 100% volunteer organization and complies to the Homeland Security laws.
The main fund raising event is an Annual Golf Tournament.
Our goal is to fund a minimum of three scholarships each year: (1) University of Central Florida student (2) Valencia College student and (3) William R. Boone High graduate.
The John and Mary Ellen Upperco Scholarship (Upperco Family Scholarship) has awarded 121 scholarships to 101 different students since 1997.
